QU ANNOUNCES NOVEMBER STUDENTS OF THE MONTH

Brian Silverstein has been named November student of the month at Quincy University. Silverstein, a junior communication major, is the son of Al and Debbie Silverstein of Gurnee, IL, and a 2005 graduate of Warren Township High School.

Silverstein is editor-in-chief at the Falcon, a resident advisor at Padua Hall, a member of the men’s tennis team, and can be heard every Tuesday on “The Press Box” on WQUB 90.3 FM. He is a member of the Lamda Pi Eta national communication honor society, and received the QU Emerging Leader Award in the spring of 2007.  Silverstein is also a member of the St. Anthony of Padua fraternity and has traveled to New Orleans on two service outreach trips after Hurricane Katrina.
